Job Description
The Associate Director (AD) for IBS (Linzess and Viberzi) will lead the HCP strategy and execution for the brands. This person will take the lead on all personal promotional initiatives related to developing ISA strategy, iRep, print materials, website, digital assets, and working with cross-functional partners for P2P, ad boards, congresses, and advocacy efforts. The HCP AD will coordinate across both internal and external stakeholders, including the salesforce, to enable an integrated and successful brand strategy. - Collaborate with Marketing Director (s) and business leaders to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals including patients, market, and financial results.
- Lead and manage direct HCP team and external partnerships.
- Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.
- Manage and monitor P&L of brand responsibilities
- Grow brand/product penetration, share, and awareness.
- Develop next generation product and/or product enhancements, leveraging the patient journey.
- Direct and manage projects including execution of marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks.
Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- At least 3 years of marketing experience with track record of leadership without direct authority
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make influential presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior management
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with adaptability to evolving matrix marketing roles and responsibilities
