JOB DESCRIPTION The HUMINT Analyst Senior will support the Special Operations Command Central J2 Program in Tampa Florida. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a HUMINT Analyst Senior, you will support SOCCENT in the execution of HUMINT and intelligence operations. Your responsibilities will include providing all essential specialized non-personal labor, materials, and services required to assist SOCCENT Staff in HUMINT planning and execution. This encompasses tasks such as data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting, along with adaptive planning to address knowledge and capability (or training) gaps. Furthermore, you will help the staff integrate, synchronize, and prioritize HUMINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to ensure they comply with DoW guidance while maintaining a strong focus on achieving operational objectives. JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) - Conducts collection operations management and intelligence analysis to support CI/HUMINT operations.
- The intel analyst will provide detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum CI/HUMINT operations and will ensure proper representation of operational gain or potential operation gain to decision makers.
- Conduct intel analysis to enable the development of HUMIINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies.
- Conduct operational analysis, quality control, quality assurance of intelligence reports and raw intelligence to support CI/HUMINT operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS: - Experience in performing HUMINT-related operations in roles such as an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a comparable non-DoW IA operational community or unit.
- At least five years of experience in a HUMINT Analysis Requirements Cell (HARC), at the COCOM Level to team level positions providing direct HUMINT analytical support and HUMINT Collection Management and all-source analysis.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, High-Value Individual (HVI) Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Pattern of Life Analysis.
- Proficient in utilizing information databases including HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, CRATE, and CHROME, IMM, ARC, PALANTIR, and MAGIC.
- Strong knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT analysis and operations.
- Possess a strong analytic background and data management skills in applying tradecraft, tools and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT analysis.
- Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines
- Counterintelligence Analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR
- Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED - Clearance: Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance is required
- Experience: 12+ years of related experience
- Education: Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Certifications: DoW Intelligence Fundamentals, Collections Management Professional Fundamentals, Intel Planners Certification, Human Intelligence Training Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or IC equivalent.
- Role requirements: 5 days per week onsite
