Intern Orientation Highlights Internship Program Requirements:- Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8GPA
- Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
- Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

JOB SUMMARYOur Engineering interns can experience operations in various food processing plant facilities across the Midwest, such as oilseed processing or refinery locations, corn dry or wet-milling operations, or industrial chemicals manufacturing facilities. You will gain firsthand exposure to leadership, equipment troubleshooting, and dealing with the myriad of challenges in a facility that operates around the clock, 365 days per year. This experience offers hands-on knowledge of the plant processes, products, and employees in the real manufacturing world at ADM. Our program promotes the development of students while providing a training ground for potential future employees. The internship consists of four key components: - People management
- Project management
- Application of engineering expertise
- Building a safe work environment
